With a hip, low-key vibe, great organic food, top-notch coffee, a lively music scene, and plenty of outdoor recreation, East Nashville Real Estate is HOT. My daughter goes to school here, and Village Real Estate has been a big part of the redevelopment of this great historic neighborhood.
The crown jewel of the neighborhood is Shelby Park which spans 361 acres and includes playgrounds, a dog park, baseball fields, two golf courses, and a community center.
East Nashville has been called “Nashville’s version of New York’s East Village,” and many musicians and visual artists are attracted to the neighborhood. The housing options range from spectacular new builds with contemporary design to fixer-upper cottages perfect for flips and renovation projects. Although the prices have gone up in the last few years, there are still some beautiful parts of this neighborhood where you can get great values.
I’d love to chat with you if you’d like to see what’s available in East Nashville Real Estate. I know this area very well and enjoy working with house hunters and investors alike. Give me a call at (615) 500-9513. I’d be happy to show you what’s currently on the market and fill you in on upcoming projects in the works.
